Magnesium & Your Monthlies

Lee Harold

Magnesium levels in PMS / PMT sufferers have been shown to be significantly lower than in normal subjects.
Magnesium plays such a big part in normal cell function, magnesium deficiency may account for the wide range of symptoms attributed to PMS / PMT.
While magnesium supplementation has been shown to be effective on its own, even better results may be achieved by combining it with vitamin B6 and other nutrients.
Taking oral supplements of magnesium is not the most effective route to getting your magnesium levels optimal. The best route is to take magnesium transdermally - via the skin.
Several studies have shown when PMS / PMT patients are given supplemental magnesium they experience a tremendous reduction in symptoms.

Use a little daily on the lower abdomen.
